Standard house cleaning covers the essentials to keep your home consistently clean and comfortable. It typically includes dusting, surface wipe-downs, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen cleaning, and bathroom cleaning.

  • All common areas & bedrooms: dust surfaces, light tidy, vacuum carpets/rugs, mop hard floors, wipe high-touch areas (switches/handles)

  • Kitchen: wipe counters & exterior of appliances, sink/faucet, stovetop surface wipe, table fronts, spot-clean cabinet exteriors as needed, take out trash (if accessible)

  • Bathrooms: toilets, sinks, showers/tubs, mirrors, counters, spot-clean cabinet exteriors, floors

Not usually included (often add-ons): inside oven, inside fridge, interior windows, heavy buildup, detailed baseboards/blinds, or post-construction debris.

Yes — we bring our own professional cleaning supplies and equipment for every visit. If you have preferred products or specific surface requirements, we’re happy to use yours upon request.

  • We provide: standard cleaners, disinfectants (as appropriate), microfiber cloths, vacuum, and mop/tools

  • You can request: fragrance-free products, specific brands, or using your supplies for certain surfaces

  • Good to know: if there are specialty surfaces (natural stone, delicate finishes), just let us know so we use the right products

Most house cleanings take anywhere from 2–5 hours, depending on the size of the home and the level of cleaning needed. First-time visits, deep cleans, and move-in/move-out cleanings usually take longer than recurring maintenance cleanings.

  • Home size: more bedrooms/bathrooms = more time

  • Condition: heavy buildup, pet hair, or long gaps between cleanings add time

  • Service type: standard < deep clean < move-in/move-out (typically)

  • Add-ons: inside oven/fridge, baseboards, interior windows, etc. increase time

If you tell us your home size and what you’re looking for, we can give you a more accurate time estimate.

A deep cleaning is a more detailed top-to-bottom clean that targets built-up grime, soap scum, dust, and hard-to-reach areas. Many customers choose deep cleaning when:

  • It’s been a while since the last professional clean

  • They’re hosting guests or preparing for an event

  • They want a reset before starting recurring service

Yes — we offer move-in and move-out cleaning in Vancouver, WA and throughout most of Clark County, and we also serve the Portland, OR metro and surrounding areas. If you’re right on the edge of our service area, reach out and we’ll confirm availability.

  • Move-in cleaning: make your new place fresh, sanitized, and ready to unpack

  • Move-out cleaning: detailed clean to help with turnovers and deposit expectations

It depends on your lifestyle, household size, and priorities:

  • Weekly cleaning: best for busy families, pets, and high-traffic homes

  • Bi-weekly cleaning: most popular option for maintaining a consistently clean home

  • Monthly cleaning: great for lighter upkeep or smaller households

No — you don’t need to be home during the cleaning. Many customers provide entry instructions so we can clean while they’re at work or running errands.

  • Access options: lockbox, door code, key, garage entry, or meeting us at the start

  • Pets: let us know if pets will be home and any special instructions

  • Before we arrive: a quick pickup of loose items helps us focus on cleaning

  • After we’re done: we’ll secure the home and follow your close-up instructions

If you prefer to be home, that’s totally fine too.

To get the most value from your appointment, we recommend:

  • Pick up loose clutter (toys, clothes, paperwork)

  • Secure pets if needed

  • Let us know about any priority areas or special requests

Yes. Many customers request add-ons like:

  • Inside oven cleaning

  • Inside fridge cleaning

  • Interior windows

  • Baseboards, blinds, and detailed dusting

  • Extra attention on bathrooms or kitchens

Add-ons are a great way to tailor your cleaning service in Vancouver or Portland to your home’s needs.
