How can I get a quote?
Does someone have to visit my house before I can book a cleaning?
No. If you live outside of Clark County WA we do not conduct in home estimates. Even if you do live in Clark County WA we do not have to come visit the home if you do not wish. You can call us at 360-619-8196 for an estimate or go here for a quick estimate.
Are cleaning supplies included?
Yes the teams bring their own cleaning supplies, however If you have special cleaning agents you would like us to use such as special wood floors cleaners etc. please leave these out for the cleaning crew.
What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?
We want you to be consistently pleased with our service. If you are displeased with the service that you have received, please notify us within twenty-four hours and we will return and fix the error, or omission, in a timely manner with no charge to you.In some instances, a Service Fee Adjustment may be requested. If so, we may make this adjustment in one of the following ways: 1) Reduce the Service Fee of the next cleaning. 2) Increase the time of the next cleaning session … with no increase in service fee. 3) Provide a free cleaning. We provide enough options to make up for any potential shortcomings.
CAN I GET A SAME-DAY BOOKING?
We dont guarantee same day booking but often times we can schedule same day appointments.
DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR MY CLEANING?
It is optional as to whether or not you prefer to be home while it is being cleaned. We suggest being present when we arrive for the initial cleaning to give you an opportunity to go over your expectations. Also, if you have an extra key this would be an ideal time to leave it with your team. However, you can delay this until you’re comfortable and satisfied with the cleaning crew.
DOES MY CLEANER ARRIVE AT THE EXACT TIME I BOOK?
Due to the nature of the business it is not possible to arrive at the exact time so we provide a two hour window for our arrival.
WHEN AM I CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE?
Payment information is due at the time of scheduling in order to guarantee your appointment day and time. We do not charge your card until the day of service.
ARE THERE ANY COMMITMENTS OR CONTRACTS?
We do not obligate any of our customers to contractual agreements. Try us out!
