Move in/out Cleaning Description..

Vacuum all hard surfaced flooring and carpet
Mop all hardwoods and other hard surfaced flooring
Clean all sinks, faucets, countertops and backsplashes
Cob web removal
Clean all baseboards
Clean stove and burners
Clean inside and outside of exhaust hood
Clean microwave inside and out
Wipe down exterior of all cabinets and drawers (interior if home is vacant)
Dust light fixtures
Clean fingerprints and dirt from woodwork, doorframes and switch plates
Clean mirrors and glass surfaces
Clean inside and outside of all toilets, bathtubs, showers, (plus shower doors)
Clean ceiling fans
General dusting of horizontal surfaces
Clean outside of oven and fridge (inside if applicable)
Empty garbage containers and replace bags.

Wipe down all blinds with wet micro fiber towels
Clean all interior windows and tracks
