For first-time customers or those who haven’t had a professional clean in recent months, a deep cleaniing is necessary.  There is no way to complete a recurring service without a deep cleaning at some point.

When you book our services online or via phone, we will request your credit card information to secure your reservation. However, you will only be charged once we have arrived for your cleaning service. If you opt for recurring service, you will be automatically billed after each cleaning session.

We simply request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling without a 24 hour notice will result in a $50 fee. If you cancel within 3 hours of the appointment or while the cleaner is on-site and unable to access the property, the full cleaning cost will be charged.
