ARE MY CLEANING PROVIDERS LICENSED, BONDED, AND INSURED?
YES, Ask us for proof. We will be happy to provide it to you anytime! We have been in business since 2006 and you can’t be in business that long without proper licensing and insurance.

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME WHEN THE CLEANERS ARRIVE?
It is optional as to whether or not you would prefer to be home while your home is being cleaned. We suggest being home for the intial cleaning to give you an opportunity to go over your expectations for the first cleaning and help us to know what you expect for the ongoing services. Also, if you have an extra key this would be an ideal time to leave it with your team. However, if you would like to delay this until your comfortable and satisfied with the cleaning crew, that is common and understandable.

HOW AND WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY SERVICE?
We accept Debit or Credit cards for our services upon completion. We will call you or you may call us with payment information. We do not accept checks for our services. For ongoing recurring service, we will enter your credit card information in our highly secured and encrypted, (only displays the last 4 digits of your card), payment processing account and bill that card each time we clean for the same rate each time as agreed on.

DO I PROVIDE THE CLEANING SUPPLIES?
We bring our own cleaning supplies, however, if you have a vaccum in the home, we do ask permission to use yours. This will eliminate the possibility of cross contamination and pet odors from other homes that we may have cleaned previous. If you have special cleaning agents you would like us to use such as special wood floors cleaners etc, please leave these out for the cleaning crew.

WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH MY PETS?
Most homes have pets of some sort and normally if your comfortable with leaving your pets to run freely around the home while your cleaning team is there, we are fine with that. If your not comfortable with your pets being around your team, please make arrangements on the day of your cleaning to leave them in a designated room, kennel, cage, etc. in order to mitigate any potential issues or problems. Since we do typically send the same team for each cleaning, normally pets will get familiarized with your cleaning folks.

DO I HAVE THE SAME CLEANING CREW EACH TIME?
Yes, you will always have the same cleaning crew for each cleaning. This usually results in consistently satisfactory cleaning results, trust, and dependability.

WHAT IF I AM UNHAPPY WITH MY CLEANING TEAM?
If you ever decide your not happy with the team cleaning your home or office, we will offer to replace them with different cleaners and also provide your first cleaning with your new team absolutely free of charge, provided there has been no lapse in service.

DO YOU DO LAUNDRY AND MAKE BEDS?
Yes, typically we can do a load of laundry while we are cleaning, but can’t always guarantee we will be there long enough to dry and/or fold them. If you need beds made, we ask that you leave clean linens on the beds you would like changed.

DO YOU GUARANTEE YOUR WORK?
Yes, We want you to be consistently pleased with our service. If you are displeased with the service that you have received, please notify us within twenty-four hours and we will return and fix the error, or omission, in a timely manner with no charge to you.In some instances, a Service Fee Adjustment may be requested. If so, we may make this adjustment in one of the following ways: 1) Reduce the Service Fee of the next cleaning. 2) Increase the time of the next cleaning session … with no increase in service fee. 3) Provide a free cleaning. We provide enough options to make up for any potential shortcomings.
